GREP is looking to expand. If you have available property/properties available for sale, please leave the following information in the form submittal below.

  • Location of the property (including address, site maps, plat maps)

  • Description of the property (tax assessor ID number(s), land area, size of any improvements, current use, zoning data)

  • If available, list of due diligence available (preliminary title report, ALTA survey, topo survey, environmental survey, geotechnical survey, traffic study, etc)

  • Asking terms

  • Contact information


Multifamily

  • 20 units minimum. No maximum.

  • 10,000 lot sf (0.23 acres) minimum. No maximum.

  • Strong location qualities.

  • Tenants who are willing to relocate.

Single Family/Low Density

  • Underutilized land space or properties with major renovation needs

  • Strong location qualities


Existing Building Acquisition Criteria

Multifamily

  • 4 unit minimum. 60 unit maximum.

  • A and B rated properties at below replacement cost.

  • Potential to enhance through correction of deferred maintenance, improved professional management

  • Strong location qualities.

Single Family/Low Density

  • Underutilized land space or properties with major renovation needs

  • Strong location qualities
