GREP reviews accounting reports daily to ensure accuracy and quality. We have the ability to run hundreds of different reports through our software and give owners access for transparency.

Renovations

GREP is experienced in value-add projects and holds a general contractor’s license. We believe even small upgrades can drastically increase the rentability and $/SF, leading us to be opportunistic whenever there’s a move out.
